Paytm non refund of money for deduction from hdfc bank

I have added 00/- Rs. In paytm cash this amount has been transferred in paytm account from my hdfc bank account, but still there is no amount in the paytm cash balance. The bank transferred details are as below: date: 18 jun 2012 narration: cca12fkii476-avenues india ltd cheque/Ref.
