I am an mnp customer to tata docomo, my number's outgoing and incoming calls has been barred for almost 5 days now. I have lost very very important communication. I called the customer care (rep. Name: naveen), this people is not giving proper response and this customer care service is not good as shown in their adds. I have mnped my number from vodafone to tata docomo, one and half month back, at that time also I have submitted my passport size photo and election ID 3 times. I dont know why do I need to submit the documents these many times? now this worst & waste network service provider is barred my outgoing and incoming calls from past 5-4 days. I have lost very very important communications "sir" plz rectify my problem with in short period "sir" if tata docomo is a good network plz rectify my problem if it is a stupid network plz dont do ..............??? my tata docomo number is 121, presently this number is out of service. My another contact number is 265. Wake-up "tata" wake-up...
