Hi tata docomo, in earlier complaint about unwanted vov subscription, you provided me with this number : *191# and select 6th option to deactivate. When I dial *191# it gives me following options: 1. Vas 2. Balance inquiry 3. Validity 4. Service points 5. Last 3 recharge history 6. Status of usage 7. Start/Stop 8. Service request 9. More 6th options just gives me my balance details and gprs details and sms details. I am asking how to deactivate my vov subscription!!! its debiting rs.5/- Everyday from my account still. When I type 7th option for start/Stop a service it doesnt give me any vov option for subscription. Please provide clear description on how to deactivate this service!!!!
