Penta t-pad not delivery from Pantel technologies

After booking my penta tablet model numbert-pad is701r my booking ID is pent00114902 with a basic amount of the device rs. 49/- On 012, I had got an email regarding the payment stated as "ready your penta" & you have to deposit .I had made the payment on 28/06/2012 in pnb club rd.Branch & had got an email from pantel technologies pvt. Ltd. Regarding payment confirmation saying that your device is to be dispatched very soon. Also I had contact to customer care on several times and I was assured that your device shall be dispatched by the next week. Now customer care service is unable to be communicated & the call is all the time on engage. Simply saying that there is no assurance what-so-ever regarding dispatch. Need for help. Please do the needful.
