Not received product within the delivery time and no support from timtara

My main complaint: I ordered the product on 15 may 2012 and made the online payment. They provided delivery time of 8-10 working days however till date 012) I have not received the product. I contacted them many times (around 8 -10 times on different days) however every time I got false commitment that they have escalated my complaint 296) and will contact me within 48 hrs regarding the same and I will get my product. I never received any call from them since I logged complaint on 012. On 23 june 2012 I spoke with their supervisor sima. She promised me the same thing that she will look into this and their executive will contact within 48 working hrs. However I DID not received any call again. When I contacted them on 29 june and requested to transfer my call to sima to speak with her regarding her false commitment their executive informed me that the facility to transfer the call to supervisor is not available and she cut the phone. My other complaint: their executives are very rude. I have logged compliant for the same and asked every time regarding the action taken by them against the executive but they are unable to answer my que. Very very bad customer service provided by them.
