Tikona broadband does not provide services as commited

I bought internet services from tikona starting on the 6th of june 012, as on date the 01-jul-2012, I have had to raise the following calls in this past month alone request number status reported on last updated on 0395 progressing 30/06/2012 30/06/2012 3341 closed 30/06/2012 30/06/2012 4969 closed 30/06/2012 30/06/2012 7754 closed 28/06/2012 29/06/2012 8880 closed 21/06/2012 29/06/2012 2866 closed 16/06/2012 16/06/2012 6748 closed 15/06/2012 20/06/2012 this is just to inform future subscribers of tikona's service that it is highly likely that you will pay for services that will not be provided I would rate tikona way below even bsnl in quality of service,and bsnl does not have any services worth noting beware if you are planning to buy tikona's services

Tikona service you wanted me to update this so here it goes...

in response to your reply on this website your executives has called up multiple times and kept inquiring about the problem resolution.

Problem is still not solved. It is the same what it used to be. There are frequent disconnection. I am not sure what is wrong with your service.

I am tired of receiving the follow ups but it seems nobody is capable of resolving the problem. Your people are calling all the time inquiring the problem status.

You need to resolve and monitor. I am really fed up with this service and now knowing what to do.

I am writing this complain using my office internet and not tikona internet.

Tomorrow is last day of bill and I am very much not going to pay that. I dont need to tell why?

a very pathetic and unreliable system you guys have built.

I have decided to close this connection in lieu of very unstable and inconsistent connectivity of your broad band connection. As total availability of your connection is certainly less than 50% (which is rated as extremely poor) and bills are sent for 100% connectivity so there is no point of paying for something which does not get delivered fully.

Go ahead and do the needful.

Tikona service: you guys have proved again that I made very serious mistake of subscribing your extremely pathetic broadband service for the following reasons.

1. Extremely poor service quality. I never received more than 40% internet availability.

2. I have disconnected the broadband service and you guys are still sending me the bills for time I did not use. What a joke

3. Your staff is extremely illiterate and clueless about the customer grievance. There is no co-ordination among your staff. For the same query many guys called me instead of verifying among themselves. I was so fed up with your calls that I had to disconnect when called said the word "tikona".

4. Guys I am not going to pay single penny and will file a case of harassment against you with police and refund of my amount with consumer court.

5. I will spend on lawyer but will not pay you.
