Wrong ticket by rail tte/Tc

On 2012 ,I took janoral (noraml ticket) from nagpur railway station 2 no.One is for me and my wife. I genuinely requested tte before sitting in slipper coach that "my wife is pregnant with 5 month and my son 2.4 year (kid) is with me" on request he guided to sit in s5 coach of sevagram express. As per rule I requested to give at least one birth for my pregnant wife and kid.On that basis he made one extra amount slip of faire=240+ excess fare=500 total= 740.In fact I shwon him ticket of 140+140=280. As per my understanding he has made wrong slip .I requested to give one birth on each station from nagpur to nasik.But no use. For further information I can give all details to retain my basic fare amount back. My ticket no is 9437 and 438( total 280) with slip no g480416( total 40).
