Paytm Rs.664 loss of my mobile online recharge

I was recharge my mobile phones (vodafone)dt.28-06-12 through www.Paytm.Com by my creditcard,rs.664 debited in my card but balance not fill in my mobile card. Mob.No.(1)9638082443 rs.500 and mob.No.(2)9913171702 rs.164
