Non payment from unipay2u

Ex-jwo anil kumar(black spot on the name of ex-serviceman) has cheated me on the name of the above company and taken rs-33000/- From me in dec 10 and promised me to get payment of 20% return every month.He(bastard)denied any payment from next month (jan 11)on wards and now he does not show his face back to us though he is still in bangalore.I am highly disgraced and disappointed due to loss of my hard earned money due to such cheaters. God only will give them right punishment. I pay my best regards to the grahak seva site and request them, let my complain also should reach to the investigating agency and respective authority for proper consideration of my case also.
