Change of damaged Mtnl tetephone set
I used mtnl phone(27311453) last 6-7 years now my telephone set is damaged therefore not working properly. I send a request to replace my telephone set and as per mtnl office of shalimar bagh confirmed me they passed the order for change the set on 7 june 12 to pitam pura office for change the set.I personally visited two times at kp block pitam pura office for change the set but I am very sorry to inform you no body give the right reason not to change my set till date.I request the senior's please take the necessary action. Yaaaaaaaa I am agree with his complant they are very irresponsible. Same here with me also they are not changing my mtnl instruments.Please kindly take the action fast.
Yup..I also agree with mr sharma the mtnl officials are very irresponsible.They need to understand that they are public servants and are paid to help public.A strict action should be taken against them
