Datawind ubislate 7+ not delivered

I had booked ubislate 7+ (akash) tab from datawind on 16th dec. 011. Then they send me confirmation mail about my booking and give me booking ID no. Pm86bb78ae62. After that they send me a mail that if I prepay the cost of tab I.E. Rs. 2999 /- They will deliver me tab free of charge and I will have a prioritized delivery. So I forward them a cheque no.933174 of ICICI bank dt. 2012 of rs. 99/- By post. Then for a month, I have not got any confirmation about cheque or payment nor my account has encashed the cheque. So I forwarded another ICICI bank cheque on 2012 and I call ICICI bank customer care to stop the cheque payment I have previously forwarded on 012. But due to some reasons, both cheques are encashed by datawind I.E. One on 2012 and another was on 012. I again call ICICI bank customer care that how the cheque I have stopped payment was encashed? the customer representative of ICICI bank answered me that if that cheque was already in process before you stop payment, then it is impossible to stop the payment of that cheque. After that, I contacted datawind customer care and luckily my call was connected. After that, I tell them about my problem of two cheque encashement and they told me to send an email to send me two ubislate tabs. I send them email and they acknowledged my both cheque encashment and assure me that I will receive my ubislates soon. But after three months, I again and again many times mail them also contacted on customer care number and always they told me that I will get my tabs soon. In the middle of may I have got their mail that I will get my tabs by 15th june, 012. But not received yet. Then they again send me a mail that I will get my tabs by end of june. Now the june end has arrived but I still not get my tabs.I was fed up of it got mentally disturbed due to this. I humbly request you to kindly look into the matter and tell the datawind to send me tabs or otherwise refund my money I.E. Rs. 5998 in my ICICI bank account no. 221. Thanking you. Sunil D ghavat
