Electricity board toll free number "khuror call"

We are suffering power problem due to low quality of transformer (located : saheb bari area, kanthalpota, krishnanagar, nadia)last 5 years. We are habituation to call local electric supply office call center, but now they are refuse to receive call and advice us report to "toll free call center" but recently the 3213 & 5221 are very busy and inactive, there are no body to response from evening to morning time. Please re think about the system of complain. Again request you to solve transformer fault / Single phase / Fuse problem, we are waiting for your kind co-operation.
