Can't recieve my provident fund since an year

I was worked at surya healthcare limited from 10/05/2010 - 011. Since the date of leaving, I can't receive my provident fund. My pf account number is ds/Nhf/937868/ 424. Status for member ID: dsnhp09378680000000424 my pf status from last year is as follows.Please take an appropriate action. Claim ID : dsnhp111200002207 status : claim form 10c for withdrawal benefit against member account no (dsnhp09378680000000424) has been approved. Payment is under process. Claim ID : dsnhp111200002204 status : claim form 19 for pf settlement against member account no (dsnhp09378680000000424) has been approved. Payment is under process. Thanking you
