Hi sir/Madam, I got a call from 2600 the caller named as neetu (indian health organization) on 2nd june 2012 regarding the free health care cards for the 4 members of the family in rs 000. When I requested for the details about the same she told me that there will be no doctor's fee charged to you whenever you visit any doctor, any clinic/Nursing home and even any hospital. I checked twice with her on this statement and she was repeatedly saying the same thing. After listening to all this I said that let me think over this and disconnected the phone. Next day again I got a call from them with different number 2800 and the caller claimed that he is neetu's manager named shamshad ansari. He again told me that I am calling from indian health organization stating that we are working on behalf of initiative of govt of india hence we are providing health insurance to people on nominal prices. Then he told me that all the diseases are covered into the card and no age limit for insurance and claim. Iho will pay on my behalf. He also mentioned that if we do not get the services as promised then we can cancel these cards by calling their toll free number which is 4466 and entire amount will be return to my credit card. Listening to all this I thought that they are genuine so I insured my 4 family members for rs 000. Next day I got a welcome call saying we just provide 20% discount on hospital expenses rather than complete expense as promised earlier. I immediately called their toll free number and asked for cancellation of policies, however they were not ready to cancell all the policies saying its not our company policy. I told them that I'LL file a case against them so by listening to this they offered me that we will return rs 2000 in your card and you will still get 4 green cards within 7-10 working days. Now its been more than 15 days and I haven't received the cards yet. Request you to please do something about this and help me to get my money back. I too got a call from iho. But I demanded them to give the hospital address's and their doctor's numbers nearby my residence. And then visited the hospitals mentioned and found that whatever they said is not correct some say only 50% and some only 30% on only consultation fee though the consultation fee is 150 why do u need discount on 150 rs.... and even some hospitals do not know iho. So I did not take this offer.
My sincere advice to all is when evere any one gets a call from any organization ask them the full hospital list and their docter and do vist the hospital and enquire about the details and then decide. And one more question is
why they dont publish affiliated hospitals in their website?
why they only accept credit cards why not checque or cash on delivery
next year same day automatically again the same amt will be debited with any information so those who all have already taken contact CC dept and tell them stop auto debiting for such fraud orgs.
Why iho office not in your city so that you can go and fight directly.

this is to inform you that refund was processed only for partial amount instead of complete rs5000. I had already sent an email to process the reversal of complete amount. Also when we had discussion on 04th july then also I asked you to process the refund request for complete rs5000 and since I haven't heard any thing from your end. As I mentioned earlier in my email & on the telephonic conversation as well please process the refund for complete amount.

I M following from last 20 to 25 days still not got refund of my amount rs 11250/- And on 19 oct they said that you will get refund with in 14 days it means 02 nov if by 2 nov I not got refund than see how it will cost to you I request all not to take service from iho
