Paytm recharge unsuccessful and amout debited
I had recharged a mobile number with an amount of 444 ,an sms alert showed that money is debited from my credit card account but the number DID not get recharged. Paytm is cheating. When I try to get a customer care number I don't find any. How do I compensate for the loss . Paytm didnt even supply a reference number for the recharge but the money is debited.These guys are not doing fair business.

As I recharged videocon mobile no.But amout debited 100 rupees from my account ref. No.Tplbpay45362425..... mob no.9080009301..so kindly I requesting you to solve my problem other wise return my amount... thank you

Man am also a consumer . Am not from paytm. I faced the same problem you did. Please write to the paytm people at their email address. They will resolve your problem . For you information I reported my problem and the problem got solved in 1 hour. The money was available to me as paytm cash in my profile .
I recharged airtel mobile no. But amout debited 30 rupees from my account ref. Then it is unsuccessful recharged . Mob no 8456904920.... so kindly I requesting you to solve my problem other wise return my amount..... thank you .
