HDFC Life policy document not received

This is a complaint against mr.Kishor sabde bm law college pune branch. As I had applied for a policy and had not received the policy document in time.(Policy no:15179338.) So I had called mr sabde to inquire about the same. But mr.Sabde spoke to me very rudely and said that we are not paid to issue your policy, we are doing it free of cost for you and doing a favor on you by issuing you a policy. So now am raising a complaint in the consumer court and also will be taking a press conference to make people aware that how insurance company first calls the clients 100 times to take the policy and then after the client pays the premium they behave so badly with them as their work is done by getting the commission. So I also request you to cancel the policy and refund back the amount paid by me. As we no longer want to keep any relation with hdfc.
