Not getting diploma certificates from P.V.P polytechnic

Respected sir / Madam, I was passed diploma from p.V.P polytechnic,dr.Ait campus, mallathhally,city: bangalore,state: karnataka,pincode: 0056 year 1999.That etime I gave money to post my diploma certificate but till now I have not received. One time my mother also went to college but they DID not respond.My diploma registration no is-097276-6. Please help me to get my certificat thanks with regards sudip das
