I ordered a nikon p510 on 9 june 2012 and paid the amount through my debit card which is inr 192. My order no. Is 002. I cancelled the order after three days on 11 june 012. I haven't received any cancellation confirmation email from them. Though the site is showing my order status as "payment refund pending" from 19 june 012. It took them over a week to cancel my order. Now its been around two weeks since the cancellation from their side and I haven't received my refund. They said it takes 7 working days for them to refund the amount. Looking at the numerous pending complaints against them from so many unsatisfied users have put me through stress. I have started loosing hope. I am in great depression with my loss. I just want my money refunded anyhow. I am a student and that money was my dad's money. I haven't told him yet. I am in great woe. I don't know what to do and how to get my money back. Their customer care is unresponsive neither they reply to my mails. I've seen so many people having the same issue like me, that makes me even more distressed. They are very slow with their activities. I have to call them daily to remind me of my cancellation. I am really afraid if I'LL even get my refund any early. Please help me getting my money back. I am really in the worst situation I could ever be in my life. Please help me.

I still have no details regarding my refund except my status on your site. Which still leaves me in a doubtful place. Kindly send me the transaction details regarding my refund as I haven't received the amount in my account yet. I don't have my money till now. So kindly mail me the transaction details so I can be relaxed and be sure that you have done the refund of my money inr 19 192 which I paid and the date by which I should get it reflected in my bank accounts.
