Fraudulent transaction of 5499/- By dining plus

As I recieved the call from 9300 around 6.25pm on 29/06/2012 from dining plus by name danish as their executive claiming about free of cost benefits .I constantly asked about the charges, even after repeating about atleast one time charge they claimed of no charges (service provided will be free of cost).To my surprise what I learn after few minutes that sbi card showing the transaction of 99/- By dining plus .Then I tried their phone number I DID not get anything. So I humbly request you to kindly look into matter at the earliest and try to see that my money will be refunded to my credit bank account 4317 5752 7902 6323.The executive to whom I spoke is mr danish he told me even that the call is getting recorded, so do the needful by taking appropriate measures.
