Passport dispatched and not yet received and delivered to another person/Address

Respected sir/Madam my name is bunty. I have a complaint regarding my passport. I had submitted a form for my new passport on 27/4/2012.File no. Is dl2060335113812 and receipt no. Dl2f12300676972. I live in jahangir puri delhi-33. All the process of regarding my passport had been completed on 012, I got a message on my cell that your passport k3339921 has been dispatched through speed post and its tracking number is ed662906927in.But sir on 30/5/2012 it was on n.S.Mandi s.O branch and they had updated the wrong status of the tracking number that ‘delivery attempted: door locked-intimation served’.But no one came to my place and after that on the next day they updated this status delivery attempted: insufficient address and send my parcel to the another branch and this process was going on afterward. After some time when I saw the status of my passport through tracking number on 14/06/2012 it was in the karol bagh s.O. And was delivered in the other address of karol bagh. When I went to the karol bagh so branch the post master given the fake excuse that it was not your passport or you got the wrong tracking number so you have to meet the n.S.Mandi s.O branch post master when I met him they also made same kind of excuses. How can they deliver my passport to the another address when all the details of mine is written over there. There are lot of chances that the person who got my passport can misuse it.But till now I am not yet received my passport so I have requested to you please take suitable action against it, as soon as possible. Pleas e help me sir, to resolve my issue.
