Sir I placed an order at timtara.Com on 6th of june 2012 for an apple ipad 2 16 gb and made a payment of rs 20460=00 through credit card and was given the order ID: 7598 . It was stated in the website that my product will be delivered in 10 to 15 days at the maximum so I waited till 20th of june 012. But after looking at there attitude and reading so many bad reviews of timtara I cancelled my order on 20th of june2012 by sending an email to customerfirst@timtara .Com and also called the customer care and asked them to cancel my order immediately . They assured me that my order will be cancelled with in 24 hours and I will receive my refund with in 7 days. But till today as 9 days have passed after my order cancellation there website still shows my order status as awaiting shipment. When ever I call the customer care they repeat the same words that my order will cancelled very soon and I will receive an email for timtara but I have never received any mail from them so I request you to persuade timtara to refund my money as I have full faith in you.
