Injecting of wrong oil in Mahindra Scorpio

Dear sir/Mam, regret to inform u that service station quality and standard of swami automobiles at chandigarh is not upto mahindra standards.For your kind information I belong to himachal pradesh distt una and to maintain my scorpio I always visit swami automobiles chandigarh for servicing however its near to 200 km from my place. But every time I visit the service station they don't provide the service upto the standards, sometimes they don't have spare parts, sometimes they don't have technician, sometimes their car washing machine not working etc..etc,and I don't have words to explain the condition of customer lounge. However on previous occasions I had done the complaint on customer care number. But on last week they have made a horrible mistake. They had ejected the wrong oil in clutch cylinder due to which excessive heat generated and clutch cylinder busted. I was driving that time and it was a serious near miss, apart from that repair itself cost me near to rs 000. Now the question is " who is responsible " and who will bare the extra cost.
