Tata photon poor service

This is regarding the extremely poor service being provided by tata photon.I am disgusted at the very thought of the name tata photon.From past half month my photon device is experiencing issues regarding connection.It gets disconnected ever 2-3 minutes.All my important works have been delayed and I have been continuously trying to contact their customer care.You would b astonished to hear that the number is continuously busy for the aforementioned period.I feel pretty helpless and request anyone going for the internet plan never to opt for this shit service
