Aakash table not delivered as commited
I pre-booked aakash ubislate tablet in feb 012. I paid rs 99/- Through axis bank cheque. But till now the tablet is not delivered. Their support team acknowledged my payment and sent an email that I will receive the tablet before 30th may. Below is the email I got from them: dear sundara , this is to acknowledge that we have received your cheque/Demand draft number 5071 of rs2,999 of axis bank thank you for your payment. Your order is in process, you will receive your ubislate 7+ approximately in six weeks for more details on ubislate7+ view the frequently asked questions on http:/Www.Ubislate.Com/Faqs.Html regards, datawind support team 1800 180 2180

Tablet scam of 150 caror
rs 150 coroe ublislate scam…… ubislate ( akas2 ) is beggist scam breaking out
news are breaking that in market that a big scam is in making by company datawind. It has got publicity bye entering into a contract suddenly from air with govt and after that contract got cancelled on flimsy ground. Contract was cancelled by govt to show that govt (official/Minister) are not involved. But by that time company already came in limelight. To generate some confidence company also distributed some samples but full supply was never the intention.
After the publicity and large booking company entered to next step of scam by announcing preference to them who make advance payment. It was never the condition earlier. Booking was allowed to be made without payment so that it can get huge publicity by high volume of booking. By this huge booking figure confidence was given to public. By now company has already collected around 150 coroe (2999* 5 lacks).
Major acts of suspicion-
1) how suddenly govt decided to give tablet to all where govt cannot give books.
2) how suddenly govt decided to cancel the order on flimsy ground.
3) pre payment was never an option.
4) booking status link is inactive in broad day light.
5) new booking status is working absolutely fine.
6) contact numbers not responding by any date of supply.
Company can any day lockout and directors will leave india and 150 crors will be lost by public. Till now acts and activities of the company is very suspicious and similar to companies of past who cheated the public and ran away.
