Lien on fixed deposit for SBI credit card
I had applied for sbi credit card on 2010 vide application no. B0001186145 against fixed deposit a/C. No. XXXXXXX7720 & XXXXXXX1660. I DID not received the credit card and the bank is not removing the lien on my fd. I am following up the issue with divya dhody vice-president-customer service. Every time I send a mail requesting to resolve the issue, I get a reply and I quote "we acknowledge the receipt of your mail and assure you that we are looking into your concerns. We will revert to you on completion of our investigations. Please bear with us in the interim period." - End of quote I never get any reply for several weeks and when I send a reminder the same reply is repeated. This is going on for the last couple of months.
