Request to waive off the security charges against ca no.60001883036

Plot no. 232, g.F., Portion no. 5, pocket b-8, sec-5, rohini,delhi, which was earlier run as a bakery shop by a tenant rented by previous owner. Now, when I have purchased the above mentioned premises and my consumption is less than 1.00 k.W. But tpddl is sending the bill on the same enhanced rate. Even after my written request dated 5.12 submitted in the office of commercial manager rohini, tata power delhi distribution limited has done nothing in my favour although they sent a notice with the bill which has given me mental stress also. It is requested to waive off the security charges against ca no.60001883036.
