No action taken by the Home town company

I have previously lodged a complaint(complaint no.:69044) against home town shop but no action is taken. As per terms and conditions,the total fitting fixtures have not been fully fitted.I cannot use that furniture,as it has not been totally fitted.They are ignoring me and causing inconveniences,which leads to monetary losses.I would be thankful if you take necessary actions against them and help me to come out of this harassment.
