New India insurance claim for total loss of my car

I have lost my car in incidence occurred in aslali nr. Ahmedabad, date on 30/11/2011.In this incidence my car was completely total loss.As my car was purchased from gandhinagar punjab cars pvt ltd. The progress of claims is in progress at gandhinagar punjab car branch.Now ,more than 7 months has passed and still IM getting information that it will be get clear next week, so many times I have visited from new india company auto tip up divison office-212600 104-105,dev arc opp.Big bazaar,s.G.Highway ahmedabad and ro office too.And got no any result. Really I was harassed by this insurance company. Request to settle my claim with huge penalty of deley and mantely harassment regards arvindbhai ravjibhai patel mukam-prantiya at:gandhinagar pin:382010 mob. 3559 / 6942 policy no: 0923 claim no:11/1389
