Hdfc bank credit card department not credited amount in my a/c

To, manager, customer service subject : about transaction on 25/4/2012 respected sir, my self dinesh vilas shinde and my credit card no is XXXX XXXX XXXX 6264 my contact no is 2313 .On date 25/4/2012 at time near about 1pm ,I DID on line transaction from bank of maharashtra (my account no:XXXXXXX1541 of bank of maharashtra) to hdfc bank with amount 3931 and transaction no is mbom2726588353. But hdfc bank has not deposited that amount to my credit card account and late fee charge and finance charges has applied by hdfc bank on me. I kindly request you to deposit that amount in my credit card account and refund all applied charges.
