We have order a blackberry 9530 dated 09.06.2012the order no. 3764 we have receive the product 2012 but product also use we have return to you coyer 2012 we are calling the customer all the time but customer care not give a single response they was demanding the pod recpt slip I have email the 2012 they directly mail for pod list no. But they no .Lisen the complaint but back office not update the pod slip then I request plz sent my product as soon as possible
