I tried reharge with 1000Rs but it failed in Paytm

Hi , I tried recharging my number 425, my order number is 872, there was some error and 1000rs got debit from my account but is unsuccessful recharge. And paytm team is not responding for initiating transaction back to my account.Please help

we have already completed the refund process of rs. 1 000 from paytm side for our order number 37945872.

Remember if you do not see this balance in your bank account yet it is because your bank does not reflect this refund instantly. You could check with them on time it takes for such refunds to show up.

I tried contacting care@paytm com. They used to reply telling its there in paytm account and I need to go to my account order status and initiate transfer. But problem I was noit able to login and o to my account.. so I tried asking them but no response.. could you please initaite transfer to my account immediately
