100bestbuy not refund the money

Hi I have ordered one t-shirt around of rs.480 and the details of that order is ref no. 501. After a 10 days they called me that you ordered t-shirt not available we will send you another t-shirt with good quality. After 15 days later order ID : 2391 I received on t-shirt its very low quality t-shirt and condition of t-shirt also not good. And some place it was torn also. I am not satisfied with the service and product I got. who will pay the courier chrges I will not pay the courier charges please tell me know courier office so I just go there and give them this t-shirt without pay anything you just required to co-ordinate with your known courier company. As you sending so many product everywhere so you have bond with any courier company right ??? please tell them to collect my courier also ......

I also face a slimier problem.They shipped me the product different from I ordered.Don't trust them any more.I ordered for product name : hp nt341pa desiner retractable mouse

and paid rs.370+ rs.130 using my credit card rs:400 + promotion code rs:100

payment mode : online payment order no : 4479515 but you shipped to me

hp kf860pa tri button usb mouse

and get an apology like

they only copy paste messages. Nothing do else.

I have complaint for refund but not respond yet.

They asking for courier receipt but if they will check in their record definitely they will found my record. But this all trick to avoid refund the keep customer fool so after some customer will forget the everything.
