Tata indicom no.09282139571 account no.903447845 I purchased the data card tata photon from tvs coco radha nagar chromepet at a cost of rs 00/- The equipment is purchased and given a CD to install. I specifically told that I am using at my house at chromepet.I could not get internet and approached for rectification. Always I could not use at my residence and later told that there is bandwigth problem and it would improve. I was using the data card and paying the bills for the usage a monthly rent of rs 52/- Since my brother was carrying it to office and it is used in city. The rectification was not done and my complaints were regularly skipped or dodged. Since they are not taking the card back and I have spent rs 00/- , I continued till my brother was using it in the city limits. There is major tower problem and no connection or getting disconnected. As my usage outside and I am forced to use only in my house I approaced severly with customer care at gst road and gave mail and wrote the complaint on their register to rectify the problem immediately or I have to disconnect. Complaint no.236650409 dt 2010 at 6.40 hours. The first complained was spoken by siva-04466211600. One mr suresh mobile no.09282189710 attended my house and could not rectify. He informed that a antenna or dish have to be kept and told me to contact the customer care. Later he also informed that the photon card I was using could not update to antenna and the equipment had to be changed. The customer care was not responding and it ended with it. Till date the complaint is not resolved and I challenge that the data card cannot be used for browsing as it would not get connected. Though I spoke several times and mentioning about my legal options and consumer care , they could not get anything done. I spent rs 00/- For browsing at my home and my usage in city side was promptly paid by me for 2 years. My rent is only rs 52/- And they are claiming rs 00/- For a product which would not serve the basic purpose. I am a diabetic patient and cannot go behind here and there for want of this rs 00/- And any problem or mental agony created to me would have to dealt. I think the matter of history is clear and what loss I would have faced for purchasing this item. I challenge it would not work and if the company techincal people can straight away can do the browsing at my house by activating the product, I would pay the amount. Ravi.V

It is becoming regular for these firms and just scaring to make payment by sending notices. Public should be supported and no legal support should be given to these firms who does like this.

the device has been disconnected on 16-nov-2011 due to nonpayment and currently you have outstanding amount of rs.1100 and request you to clear the outstanding amount asap

It is absurd that it is disconnected due to non payment.
There is no connection from day one in my home and was paid the bills while using it in city.Complaint no.236650409 dt 18.9.2010 at 16.40 hours.
