Hi, I am on my way from delhi to gwalior (pnr: 216) in delhi-kolhapur train (train no. & Name: 12148/Nzm kop exp). I booked a confirmed ticket through irctc website and have been allotted berth b1 /64, but to my surprise there is no such berth in the train. I do not have a seat (while having a confirmed ticket), and attendant or tte are not helping me in this regard.I want to know: 1) if seats like this one (b1/64) are allotted to some one in every journey, then every day some customers are being cheated. Who is responsible for this agony caused to the innocent travellers? 2) what can be done to rectify this issue, and who should be approached for the same?
