Harassment from ICICI credit card people

To, the managing director, ICICI bank mam, my name is sameer chaturvedi.IM drafting this letter with a heavy heart.IM extremely sad to report this matter to u that ur credit card department could come down to such low levels of integrity.Ur dept people have been calling me since a week continuosly and haressing me during office hours.Today they called my wife and abused her in a very bad manner.I request u to take this on a war footing.My wife got abusive calls from no 887. If this is not dealt seriously then I will proceed to police and press with this matter complainant, sameer chaturvedi
