My Paytm recharge of 60.00 vide order no.38797280 failed but payment deducted
I recharged my cell phone number 5460 (cellone) for rs 60 from paytm on 27 may 012. But recharge was not done but money was deducted.Please return money back to my account. Order no. Is 280,
