Delaying name changing in navjyoti gas connection

Dear sir I am keshar devi w/O late shri radhey shyam sharma r/O hisar, haryana. My mother in law have a gas connection. She has gone(dead). The gas agency employee told me give me all required document and I will update your name in the gas connection. I gave him all required document on 012. But til today he don't give me updated gas connection. After every visit told me next week. After one month I make a complaint against him. Please take a action against navjyoti gas agency, hisar.
