Apollo munich overseas insurance claim

I have taken world wide excluding usa/Canada health insurance policy from apollo munich and policy no.160100/31001/7000087538 valid from 25 may 12 to 09 jun 12. I have taken one package of europe for me and my wife from make my trip. While returning from europe my flight was of qutar airways rome to doha and mumbai. While we was in aircraft doha to mumbai my wife got brain hamerage attack. So one the airport pilot requested one ambulance and we took our wife to sevenstar hospital. Now she is little bit ok. When we approach make my trip and apollo munich they are refusing for claim as you are taking medication in india. Please let me know what to do
