Not getting gas supply even after 20 days of booking

I am consumer of the above dealer M/S lingraj gas(hp gas) in bhubaneswar. My consumer number is 744. I have booked for a gas cylinder on 9th june,12,but still to get a refilled cylinder,everytime I call them,they are just ignoring it or do not receive the phone call.I am tired of this company as I am not able to get the gas refill due to negligent and callous staff of M/S lingraj gas, bhubaneswar. If this is the type of service we get in a state capital, just imagine the plight of people in rural and semi urban areas. My existing gas refill has already been exhausted for the last 4 days.
