I had just recharged my mts mblaze usb modem, with 99/- Broadband pack. After recharging, I am not getting the company quoted speed, that is 3.1 mbps, instead I am only getting as slow as dial up, only 2kbps. This is purely cheating and fraud. When I called customer care, they just tell me its your computer problem, but that is not true, the same modem I tried on over 5 computers, all the same. I want answers on this, my money is hard-earned, not for these mts cheaters. Please help me out.

Hi I am from rajasthan and I am facing same problem I've recharge 999 also in past 7 days but mts says 3.1 mbps till 12gb and then 1x. But in real its only 30-50kbps till 12gb end and then it goes down to 2-4kbps. And I search for it and I found everyone is facing same problem nobody is getting good response from mts. This is really fraud. My mts ID is 8432443074.

My complaint has not been resolved and I had not received any call from mts yet.
I am now thinking of taking this matter in my hands if my complaint does not get resolved soon I will start giving this fraud complaint officially in newspapers & media.
