I had bought Xelectron WS707 Tablet PC tablet from naaptol which cost 000. I booked the tablet on and 1st june and received to me on 6th june.And my previous complaint number is 65406.And my order number is 4106465.And it was not working at all.And I had sent the tablet to the certain address tell by the customer care.And I had sent to the mumbai,it had cost me of 250rs.My awb number is 50179783220.And after 10days I had went to the blue dart for the delivery status.They told that they are not accepting the parcel.I DID phone to the naaptol care and they told to send the parcel to the delhi address.My new awb number is 50182785774.And it had reached the delhi by today itself.They told that the consignee had refused to accept the parcel.I had charged 100rs for mumbai to delhi shipment.It had crossed more than 20 days.My keen request is to accept the parcel and send the refund money to me as soon as possible,otherwise I will got to the court and I will definitely get a solution.Send my amount with in 10 working days.I had recorded the calls that the naaptol care had talked with me.
