My photon ac number is: 160. I purchased a tata photon connection in velacherry docomo store. I had taken an rs.500 plan with 1800 free minutes plan. I have used for totally 8 months and I have paid monthly rental for every month with out any delay. Then I shifted to rathinamangalm village near vandaloor due to my new job where hardly find signal as I couldn't browse that the same problem told to customer care to disconnect my account. They didnt take any prompt action regarding this but they have summoned for nonpayment for last bill even though I DID not utilize the service. Please have a look on this issue and take necessary action.
