99labels.com harassment

Dear sir I have been a regular shopper at labels.Com I have already instructed them not to deliver any courier via blue dart to me as this people hares me by not delivering on time speaking stupid language inside my premises etc after informing them for 100 times I still received one parcel via blue dart and when I contacted there customer support 15 days back they were like this is your problem I left a message that inform senior manager to talk to me but I received no call I have been trying to get back to them since 15 days everytime I get a reply that managers are in a meeting and will arrange a call back for you since 15days they are doing the same with me I have spoken to nandini neetu malhotra, rajiv goswami, saurabh bhatacharya I have wasted a lot of time and money on them but still no response and even I refused to accept the product I ordered moreover today they have crossed the heights they have started automatically rejecting my calls automatically. I am a lot irritated and haressed what should I do please help me please I am almost into tears wasting time and money on them.
