Times job cheating case

Dear sir, 1&1/2 month ago times job representative call me on my mobile no. (His ID is c12) told me to fill there job search management service after that he told me to pay online money of 2799 rs. After paying this he told you have to pay more 3400 rs for magic resume. Otherwise there is no use of previously paid amount. Also he said they will provide hard copy of my resume within 48 hrs to my home address. Still I am not getting hard copy of my resume, and also I dont get any help from this people.
