Vodafone money is been deducted for internet pack

As always I recharged an internet pack of rupees 16 for 3 days but on the forth day it was renewed itself by the company...than I called customer care number they said that you cannot get the money refunded in your balance and then I asked what should I do to deactivate this service,they told that they will send a message and forward that message to144 and the service will be deactivated and when I forwarded that message...the reply was,, your not eligible of this service and again that internet pack was renewed itself by company without my permission and again my balance was deducted......this is a big cheating to gamble a customer
