Timtara not refunded payment even after 5 months

I ordered toshiba LCD 32 inch vide order no 0861 dated 012. The product was not available, so I cancelled the order on 24/02/2012.I called them a hundred times and wrote hundreds of emails for the refund, for which they had a standard reply, for the last 4 months refund in process. Today I contacted them in their office through my legal counsel, and after lot of persuasion and loud talk was able to get the demand draft for the refund, rs15499. They tried to trick the advocate to accept a cheque instead of a draft, to which he stricly objected. They are the biggest cheats in the online business, and should be prevented from cheating innocent people, by filing an fir with the police regarding the fraud. Please be careful, as I think the promoters intentions are malafied and are bent upon cheating the customers at any cost. They are running their customer service from noida, and are giving a dehradun number.Complaint should be made to the police supperintendent of police and district magistrate noida, before timtara cheats run away with their ILL gotten wealth. Please do not place orders with timtara , if you want to save your hard earned money.

Timtara are the biggest cheats in the online shopping arena. I placed an order for samsung ys6102 mobile on 30th may. I called in several occasions to find out my order was awaiting shipment. I canceled the order on 22nd june and the very same day they ship me a phone 0f a different color and lower capacity sd card. Instead of accepting there mistake they are not replacing the phone.

Please be aware of them in future. I strongly recommend against buying anything from these thugs
