Dining plus credit card scams
On dated 2012 somebody called on my mobile no. & Told me that seeing my hdfc bank's credit card payment track record dining plus (dp) is providing me a gift vr,holiday tour package & dining plus discount card of 20% . The dp people enumerated too many discount benefits of dp card, on hearing the above I DID doubt and asked why your company is giving so much offers and what is your profit in it? they said your payment track record is very good with hdfc bank and we have tie ups with the banks .During the conversation they asked for my hdfc bank credit card no.& Validity,for which I objected but they assured me that it was required for just verification only as they had these detail already .So I provided the same .On next day itself I received a sms from hdfcbank (I.E. On 2012 at 16:08 )that my credit card has been utilized for rs 5499/-In mumbai at dining plus.Due to being too much busy I could not take any action till now.The dining plus has cheated me by utilising my hdfc bank credit card for rs 5499/-Without my consent. Without any written communication from the customer or any sign on the form , how dining plus could make the transaction?, please initiate necessary action against dining plus & help me to recover my lost money.
As mentioned by mr. Mukesh these people at dining plus have no fear of law of country and are operating with brazen nonchalance.
I have also suffered the same at the hands of these people and I have also expressed my complain at grahakseva. After that putting of my complain on grahakseva these people called me and said they will reverse the transaction of rs.5499/- In my credit card and asked me to withdraw my complain from grahakseva . But even after 1 month they have not refunded my money. I appeal to all the sufferers who have been cheated of their hard earned money by this fraud company to get their efforts together and make maximum number of people aware of their modus operandi. These people from dining plus call you and recite a list of lucrative offers to you without mentioning even once that you will be charged rs. 5499/- . Then they manipulate the conversation in such a manner that without urself giving a consent for debit they will confirm your credit card details and they will give a confirmation code and after that they will finish the call and within a few hours u will receive a message from ur bank of debit of rs. 5499/- Which has been effected even without mandatory rbi guidelines. So u people can see for urself how big fraudster they are that they do not care even about the financial and banking regulator of country. So beware of these cheats and let us make a movement to make people aware about this fraud.
