Idea postpaid illegal charges of internet services

Dear sir I am the subscriber of idea post paid mobile no 3441 since last 6-7 years, in the month of oct-nov 2011 I got activated the blackberry services on my mobile having the rent of rs 299 per month and thereafter in the month of april on wards the idea co illegally charging the internet charges though the fact that neither I have applied for the internet service nor I am using the same, but despite that the idea co illegally charging the amount of internet services from me, I also lodged the complaint with the idea centre on 2012 and my communication ID was 5036 and the concerned officilal told that the service will be deactivated immediately,but despite that the company is still charging the internet usages charges, kindly look into the matter
