I, piyush kumar is writing this complaint on the behalf of mr. Ram dutt (customer). Because customer (ram dutt) is illiterate and not aware about the irda process. Customer bought two life insurance policies in february 007, one on his name and second one on his wife name by paying 5000 rs in each policy. At the time of inception of the polices customer is being told that you have to pay only one premium in these policies and after completing five years you can withdraw your amount with handsome return. But after completing five years when customer approached to the company then company took his surrender request and denied to pay him amount because he DID not pay five premiums. On the ground of humanity, I am writing this complaint because customer (ram dutt) is very poor person and by selling some products on road side in chandigarh he is earning bread for his family. Customer was illiterate and ignorant that’s why max people DID this forgery and fraud with this innocent person. Customer cannot read hindi and english that’s why he was not aware to this fraud with him. I appeal you to look into the matter and make a refund of entire amount from the company. I hope customer will get justice after approaching to you.
