I want to transfer hp gas to indane gas

Respected sir/Madam, I has a gas connection in h.No. A-31/15b azad gali moujpur delhi-110053, through hp gas distributor(ganga enterprises).Now I am staying at house no.38, govind vihar phase-2, sadarpur road ghaziabad (u.P.) My home town,I have transfer my gas connection to pawar gas agency distributor code16325100 on 012. But, pawar gas agency told that I have not supply to this area. He saying that this area supply only indane gas agency, so I want to shift my connection to indane for nearest and easy to take delivery and my nearest indane gas distributor is(M/S-bs indane gas service shop no.16 super market ghazibad),I had told my hp gas distributor(ganga enterprises)please issue me a dbc,he told me no dbc should be issue to you than I told him if woun't issue me a dbc please trasfer my connection from hp gas to indane gas but he told me there have no provision to transfer from hp gas to indane gas.
